BlueConduit selected for Urban Water Challenge

Water innovation accelerator Imagine H2O announced its Urban Water Challenge Cohort IV. We’re so proud to be included as one of the six finalists.

According to the Urban Water Challenge Cohort IV announcement,

The Challenge gives new urban water tech a powerful opportunity to shine on a global stage — and provides communities with a steady flow of tested solutions that can make their cities more efficient, equitable, healthy and resilient.

The Urban Water Challenge provides financial awards and increased visibility to key stakeholders, including partners and funders. BlueConduit plans to leverage the recognition and any pilot award provided by the opportunity to accelerate Lead Service Line (LSL) inventory and replacement in coastal communities in the SE United States.

Many coastal cities, do not have the data they need to prioritize for efficient lead service line (LSL) replacement, Accurate predictions and public-facing maps on the BlueConduit platform will enable these cities to make a convincing case for federal funding, comply with current rules, communicate with the public, and ultimately reduce lead-days of exposure in the communities.

The BlueConduit platform provides clarity, recommended order for lead service line replacements, and easy-to-understand dashboards for internal and public consumption, empowering utilities and individuals with information to reduce their exposure to lead.

Thank you to Imagine H2O and their partners who selected us for the award. Congratulations to our fellow cohort members.
